I think you know.
[ He's never going to catch up like this. He skids to a stop, cranks up the power on his shoes and inflates a soccer ball and aims briefly at the retreating back. ]
[ It looks like a goal except the ball is intercepted at the last minute and an innocent bystander is hit full force-that's gotta hurt. ]
A-Aa! Sorry!
[ He shouts quickly in their direction and continues after the thief. ]
Re: I think you know.
Especially seeing as the kid didn't seem dressed for the time and location.
So, picking the soccerball up, he examined where the fleeing pair was headed, ducking into the nearby alley in order to track them down entirely, walking at a fast enough pace to catch up and watch as the thief ran himself right into a corner]
Well this is definitely turning into an interesting morning walk.
[He would wait for the boy to pay him any mind at all, for the moment, puffing at his pipe briefly.]

[ Conan, meanwhile is still in pursuit of thief but it doesn't take him long to catch up, skidding once more to a stop and effectively cutting off all exits. He's breathing a little heavily but he's nowhere ready to give in. He's about to demand that thief return what he's stolen but he's not the one that gets to speak first. ]
Eh?
[ His attention is caught and he makes the mistake of looking over to see where the voice had come from. It unfortunately it allows the purse snatcher time to retaliate. When faced with an adult or a child as an obstacle obviously the man would go for the child. Conan hears the footsteps coming towards him and has just enough time to turn and see what's happening before he feels himself being yanked up by the middle. ]
[ This guy's not planning on using him as a hostage is he? ]
'Don't come any closer!
[ Of course he is. Conan just lets out a long suffering sigh. How best to get out of this situation? ]
no subject
It's one thing stealing a purse made of poor quality with likely nothing worth value inside, but using a child as a method of assuring you get to keep it is just pitiful.
[Someone sounds bored and unattached]
If you've not even looked inside of that purse yet, you might find it filled with essentially trash and knick knacks that hold no value. Your best course of action would be to release the child, drop the bag, and leave.
[Not that leaving would entirely be a good thing if he'd right about the potential for who was at the end of the alley.]

[ As if confused by the suggestion about leaving his prize the thief-now kidnapper starts to say something but the brief distraction is all Conan needs. It's a bit of a waste to use resources against this class of criminal but he flips the lid of his watch up and twists it so it'll fire behind him rather than in front. The anaesthetic needle hits its mark easily enough and the kidnapper sways heavily before falling completely forward-dead asleep. ]
[ Conan manages to twist himself free and gives his now unconscious would-be-kidinapper a very unimpressed look as he brushes himself off. ]
Can you call the police?
[ He returns innocent seven year olf mode. ]

There's a groan as he slowly opens his eyes, shifting a bit, eyes narrowing as he dealt with waking up. It took a moment for him to wake up suddenly and sit upright, noticing he was looking at strings of multiple colors instead of his own bedroom.
So he got out of the bed to look into the mirror and frown, a rage not typically seen in Stiles' face being shown as his jaw clenched.]
What the hell did he do?
[There's a growl as he went to the desk to grab the phone, turning it on and growling as he saw the password protection. So the next course of action was check outside for the Sheriffs car. Gone. Good. Changing would be the first thing before going to the landline that was there for emergencies and calling his phone.
This was definitely not a good day for Derek Hale and things were going to go from groggy to bad quick for Stiles once the other woke up.]
no subject
He grumbles a bit in his sleep because holy hell, why was there a phone ringing. That grumble turns into a soft growl even as he picks it up. Hell, he doesn't even realize that he didn't have to put a password into it like he normally does.]
What?
no subject
What the hell were you and Scott doing last night?
[Because clearly it was shenanigans they were involved in and not either some dick. Or... Well if somehow it was Peter it would still be some dick. Just. A dick paying someone to be a bigger dick for him somehow. There's the sound of keys on the phone as well, Derek being thankful it was a cordless phone at least as he continued to gather everything.]
no subject
[Why in the hell was he hearing his own voice through that phone. There's a low growl out of him.]

It was as he was pulling up to a stoplight just outside of town that a car swerved from the opposite lane, and his reaction, while being immediately to pull aside, wasn't enough as the other car T-boned him, knocking him out almost instantly.
The fox had been the one to wake up, remaining still in human form for the time, blood orange eyes wide and panicked as he looked around frantically, panicked for what had just happened. He had watched from the sidelines well enough to know at least the basics of how to use a phone, which he fumbled to pull out of his pocket, accidentally sending Stiles first a text of himself, glowing eyes and all before of the accident itself, giving a whimper before fumbling to get out of the seatbelt and car through the passengers seat, grunting as he fell to the pavement.]
no subject
What he doesn't expect is the text of those glowing eyes. That bright redish orange. Frowning he dials Derek's number needing the other to pick up. Needing to figure out exactly where the hell he was. Even as he felt the wolf inside try to surface. Almost like it knew something was wrong.]
no subject
Nnnn... not the best at talking.
[It was shaky, panicked still, definitely not how Derek would respond to this situation. Derek would have just gone home, maybe punched a hole in a wall, took a shower, and changed into new clothes. Not right now, though. Derek was out like a light and the fox had no idea what to do while its instincts to flee were beyond high. But on the phone was Stiles. The actual human half to him. Even disconnected he could tell that much.]
no subject
[Not the best at talking... What the hell was that supposed to mean?! Even if a part of him knew something wasn't right. Right, no letting the panic set in. Even if that was beyond happening in that moment. The wolf inside growling and snarling, wanting out of its confines.]
Where are you right now?

A ramble of venting had occurred shortly after and then Farkle hugging his dad close and not wanting to let go for a second before swearing he was hearing some familiar sounds from his old bedroom back home. He furrowed his brow, not really wanting to move quite yet. No way he'd fluxxed out, right? He shifted if only to make sure that it was still Caleb he was with. And it was.]
no subject
Unfortunately, unfamiliar sounds hit him and he frowns slightly. Especially when he doesn't know those voices. Which has him staying closer to his boy.]
Farkle?
no subject
[He'll shift to look around the gift shop a bit more]
And we've apparently fluxxed out and to my world.
Huh... Has there been any evidence of people that flux out going to another world at any point in time, or is this just a one in a million never before discovered thing?
[If you pay attention you can actually see his thoughts around him as he goes into theory mode. Before snapping to reality and turning to Caleb]
Welcome to part of my bedroom.
[Ignore the sounds of a train that's running along through it]
no subject
[He's still a bit confused by whatever had happened. Oh, he's heard of people fluxxing but never at the same time. Someone could take the other to their world but not flux out at the same time and to the same place.]
Not that I'm aware of. Most people flux out and go to their own world. Not another person's world.
[He does, however, look around where they're standing and smiles.]
It's a pretty nice bedroom.
[As for the train, he can only semi-ignore that.]
