Now it's all a matter of when we're actually going to start it.

Well, when do you want to start?

Whenever you wanted to.

[There's a chuckle and smile]

We could start today if you wanted.

Sure. Or in a week when you wake up.

[There's a teasing grin]

A week is good. Week and a half even.

Well, however long is needed. Point is, maybe let him be the one to wake up after.

You sure you can handle him trying to cook?

[It's asked in a teasing tone.]

I think I can, yeah. And what about if it comes to needing to show the fox. Think you can handle that?

[SINCE CLEARLY ALL OF THE TEASING.]

[Teasing about the fox is a bit new though...]

I'm sure I could.

[There's a soft smile and nod]

We'll cross that bridge when we get to it, though.

Right now, you and sleep. Lots and lots of it.

[There had been a lot of sleeping. Two weeks worth of sleeping. So once that two weeks is up, it's the wolf that wakes up in the human body. The house silent which gets a frown out of him and has him going off to search the loft. He, unfortunately, forgets clothes.]

[Derek had been up for about an hour by that point and glanced over from his spot in the kitchen, straightening up as he rose an eyebrow]

Morning. Go get a pair of pants on.

[Because in case people come by]

[The wolf makes a slight face at that but goes back into the bedroom and puts sweats on before coming back out, watching his human closely.]

[And he'll finish cleaning up by the time the wolf comes back out, leaning against the counter]

You've gotta make sure you eat when you're in control. And just going out and hunting won't necessarily cover it.

[There's a bit of a chuckle as he speaks]

[That gets a soft growl out of the wolf.]

Hunting does cover food. It keeps us perfectly sated.

Cooking or making sandwiches also covers food. It's just another way to make sure you two are doing alright.

Why would I cook when I can hunt?

So if it's you and the fox and you don't want to leave the fox alone, you can manage. How often did you go out when the fox went to sleep initially?
