[He shakes his head a bit but keeps his eyes on the road.]

It's called having ADHD and not being able to focus, Derek. It's called doing research and falling asleep in class because I'm too damn worn out. So, it's not that I'm a bad student. It's the fact that a lot of the times it's my illness that screws me over.

Well, I wasn't able to focus, but falling asleep in class wasn't an issue. Not to mention I'd been up for about an hour and a half before you showed up this morning.

That's you, Derek. It's not me. Normally I take adderall in order to help focus. But that stopped working after the Nogitsune.

This is also the first day we're dealing with this.

Alright, I'll slack off a bit from now on.

Good. Because you do anything drastic and they'll call dad. Then dad will compliment it or say it needs to be done more.

[There's an eyebrow raise and shrug of his shoulders]

No, Derek, it doesn't. If it needed to be done dad would've said so BEFORE now.

[He's just gonna give a sigh and another shrug. Acceptance of the situation was still fairly far off]

Go home and relax?

[There's a shrug. Relaxing would be on the harder side for him, but alas.]

Get ready for the same damned thing tomorrow.

[Though he doesn't honestly know what exactly.]

Not exactly, no. Maybe I'll go visit my dad or Peter.

[That last bit was really just a bit of a tease.]

Or just go for a run in the woods.

[The idea of Stiles going to see Peter has a brief glare from Derek, knowing there was a tease to it, but he knew otherwise and just huffed, giving a shrug]

Be careful if you go for a run. The wolf might take it as an excuse to get out.

[Control is hard, after all, and they had just switched bodies. Not to mention Stiles was used to being only human.]

Don't you worry about me, big guy. If I go for a run I'll make sure to keep the wolf on a tight leash.

[There's a chuckle and eyebrow raise. He understood how hard it was sometimes, at least.]

[Stiles' like of defense is a slight 'pfft' at his boyfriend.]

I would have no trouble whatsoever keeping your wolf at bay, you know.
