The only place she knows to go is to the woods. A place she used to feel safe at when she was younger. When things were simpler. Hell, when it was just her and Ronny versus the world. It doesn't, unfortunately, stop her from punching a nearby tree. Punching the damn thing until her knuckles split and bled. When she has worn herself out she slides down against the nearest tree and pulls out her notebook, but it was hard to see the pages through the tears. Through the war raging in her mind.

"Red." Jay was the one to speak as he stepped closer to her, not afraid of getting yelled at or told to go away. He didn't care. He reached pulled his zip-up hoodie off, offering it to her as a temporary solution for the bleeding knuckles. "You seriously need to stop overreacting to opinions. Also maybe try plainly stating your views on situations before they're ruined for you." Bluntness was one thing the guy was good for, and Ronny looked almost mortified at his saying something like that as bluntly as he did.

The hoodie is taken, slipped on and once on she wraps her arms around herself. This wasn't the Queen that most knew. No, this was a side of her that only Ronny had ever seen but that was when they were children. When she'd lock herself away and not talk to anyone or anything for that matter. "It was already ruined for me," she whispers, barely even looking from where she'd pulled her knees up to her chest and laid her head on her knees.

"Frederick and Danny figured you would refer to them in conversation because of infamy that they had in school. That they still have in the town. Not because of being part of some group you decided was had. Your methods are very much beat around the bush compared to what they need and that just doesn't always work out. As we're seeing right now."
He blinked as he caught the small hare out of the corner of his eyes going to Red, hesitant the entire time, not sure if she wanted the comfort he was offering.
Ronny carefully lifted himself up onto his back paws before hesitantly placing one of the front ones on her leg, ears pressed back as he offered comfort. Something he would do when they were children less hesitantly, but he wasn't sure of what things were like anymore.
And Jay used that as an example. "This guy, for example. He's been unsure what you thought of him for years. Because you never once went to him and said 'I want to bring you up with me. I care so much about you and never want to lose you'" It was obvious to him how things works in her mind, but alas.

Those tear filled eyes look towards the hare before a hand reaches down to run between his ears, pet along his back. "I love how you all seem to think that I never once went to him," she states, voice choked up with raw emotion. "I tried. More than once. But that damn whore and the bitch always got in the way. I think she knew this was going to happen. And then she showed up." Her knuckles hurt and she didn't feel like much of a queen in that moment.
"Why are you even here, Jay? None of you are bound to me. So maybe it's time you all cut your losses and go where you want to go." It might of been the emotions talking but after seeing how they all acted around Alice.

Ronny meanwhile had nuzzled up into the petting, eyes closing for a moment because it was comforting to him as well, as he shifted to rest his head against her side a bit.

Ronny twitched an ear, the tenseness of the area leading to his just curling up against Red as much as he could. Maybe not the best to be around a stressful situation, but alas.

Jay blinked at the contact, his eyes fading back to their brown. At Ronny mentioning her knuckles, he had moved to take her hand gently to examine them more closely. "... How the hell...?" It was baffling. He looked to her, confused "It's like nothing ever happened..."

"M-maybe it's... A connection between us...?" It was an idea. Ronnys voice was quiet, like he wasn't confident enough in his own response, nor that he even actually had a place to say it.

He then decided to teasingly poke at Ronny "By the way, when she clawed Gwynne's face. That moment. Safe to assume you're no longer dating her." There was a brief moment of inability to talk or even know how to respond, eyes going wide at the sudden mention of that whole fight because what huh what?

She bites her bottom lip," You know..." Actually, she goes quiet for a moment," It's up to you two how this plays out. I know how I'd like it to, but I'd want you both on board with it too."

Jay, meanwhile, waited for that to be the situation and chuckled "As long's you're both comfortable with it." He put an arm around Reds waist as he spoke.
